Active for over 25 years in real estate, private capital, and family office strategy, Laurent Cooreman has cultivated a deep international network spanning Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the Middle East.
• In 2008, he established CBRE Luxembourg, leading it as Managing Director and Board Member until 2017, building it into a market-leading platform.
• He then founded Square Meter S.A., where he developed activities in investment advisory, valuations, leasing, asset management, and real estate promotion, delivering complex development projects and supporting investors across borders.
• From 2023, he was appointed CEO of Belair House, the real estate family office of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), where he led cross-border investment structuring, governance, and multi-asset strategy for UHNW clients.
Laurent is MRICS-qualified and brings expertise in evaluating real estate investments, strategic governance, and board-level oversight. He is now focused on advisory board roles, strategic mandates, and investment leadership with Family Offices, institutionals and private investment platforms.
